- DO I NEED TO BE HOME
- While it may be helpful for you to be present during collection it is not a requirement. What is important is that we have access to your rubbish, clear instructions on what is to be collected & a means of contact available during the process.
- WHAT IS THE QUOTE BASED ON
- Our waste collection service is charged by volume per cubic metre. A cubic metre is approximately the same as a two-seater couch or four council wheelie bins.
- WHY DON'T YOU CHARGE BY WEIGHT?
- There is no accurate way of gauging the total weight of rubbish so charging by volume allows transparency between us and you, our valued customer.
- WHAT ITEMS DON'T YOU COLLECT

Rubbish Bros does not collect hazardous waste including:
- Asbestos
- Fibro
- Medical Waste
- Industrial Waste
- WHAT IF IT RAINS
- Unless the rain provides a health and safety risk to our customer or team, we will always complete a booking. In the case of weather that poses a risk through low visibility on the road or on site as well as safety around the collection area we will contact you to discuss, so unless you hear from us, your rubbish will be removed.
